Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions (Builder Plan)
You can cancel your Builder subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you retain access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel within 48 hours of your first subscription payment and have not used any premium features, contact us for a full refund.
2. Add-On Purchases (Blueprint Unlocks & Validations)
Add-on credits (blueprint unlocks, validation packs) are non-refundable once purchased. However, unused credits never expire and remain in your account indefinitely.
3. Launch Kit & Done-With-You Sessions
Launch Kit purchases are refundable within 48 hours if deliverables have not been sent. Done-With-You session bookings are refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
4. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing purchased content (e.g., a blueprint unlock fails due to a system error), contact us and we will resolve the issue or issue a refund.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email support@blueprinto.com with your account email and order details. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
