Service Description
What you're signing up for, in one sentence.
Blueprinto is a Demand Graph and reply runtime that helps founders discover relevant public conversations on Reddit, Hacker News, and similar communities, generates contextual reply drafts, and tracks the resulting click-through and conversion funnel. The service is provided on an “as-is” basis and we ship continuous improvements without prior notice.
Clause 02
Account Registration
You're responsible for what happens under your login.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
Don't spam, don't auto-post unreviewed AI, don't break other platforms' rules.
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for spam, harassment, or deceptive practices.
- Post AI-generated replies without reviewing them for accuracy and relevance.
- Violate the terms of service of third-party platforms (Reddit, Twitter, Hacker News, etc.).
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the service or its scoring logic.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the platform without our written consent.
Clause 04
AI-Generated Content
Drafts are drafts. You're the human in the loop before anything ships.
Blueprinto uses third-party large-language-model providers (currently OpenAI) to generate reply drafts and insights. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and posting any AI-generated content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of generated replies, and we do not represent generated replies as our own opinion or endorsement.
Recurring billing via Stripe / Razorpay. 30-day notice for price changes.
- Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe or Razorpay.
- All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Existing subscriptions remain at their current rate until the next renewal.
- Failed payments may result in service suspension after a grace period.
Clause 06
Intellectual Property
Your content is yours. Our brand and code are ours.
- You retain ownership of all content you create and data you provide to the platform.
- AI-generated reply drafts become yours once generated. We claim no ownership over your customised content.
- The Blueprinto name, logo, design system, and platform code remain our intellectual property.
Public URLs in. No contact-PII database. Full details in the Privacy Policy.
Your use of the service is also governed by our
Privacy Policy. By using Blueprinto, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described therein. Our security architecture — including zero contact-PII storage and per-tenant Row-Level Security — is documented on the
Security page.
Clause 08
Service Availability
We aim for high uptime. We don't promise 100%.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (e.g. OpenAI, Supabase, Vercel), or unforeseen events may cause temporary disruptions. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime.
Clause 09
Limitation of Liability
Standard SaaS cap on indirect / consequential damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blueprinto and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.
You can leave any time. We can suspend on policy violations.
- You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, with notice where practicable.
- Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may retain anonymised, aggregated data for analytics purposes.
India. Bengaluru courts.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Clause 12
Changes to These Terms
Material changes get 15 days' notice by email or in-app.
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
